I Register

Do I have to register myself to be able to buy products online?
No you don't have to, you can buy products online even without being registered. But having an account will give you lots of advantages (see question 2). Besides an account is very easy to sign up for and you can delete it any time you would like to.

What are my advantages of being registered?
Wenn you do register, you will be able to easily look over your orders and you are able to change your address or other personal details quickly. If registered you don't have to fill in your details every time your make an order.

What is going to happen to my personal details?
Whether Newsletter, account-details or orders, your personal details are delt with complete confidence as a matter of course. More information you can find here data security.

II Order

How do I order products online?
If you like any products on our website you have to put them into your virtual basket, by clicking on 'in your basket'. You can have a look in your basket and it contents by clicking on 'basket' at any moment. Of course you can delete products from your basket any time wanted. If you are finished shopping, go into your basket and click on 'buy now'. The procedure of ordering your products untill the final destination has now started. These steps are very essential, because we need your address, method of paying and shipping.

What are the payment options?
We offer different methods of paying: Payment in advance and Paypal. More information you can find here: Payment Options

Is there a minimal amount for ordering?
No

Where do I find our banking details?
If you pay by payment in advance, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after you made a purchase. You will find all the important (paying) details in this email.

Where do I find my personal clientnumber?br> You will find your clientnumber either on your invoice or in your account, if you have one.

Will I receive a confirmation? And what exactly ist written in it?
Yes you will become a confirmation, this will be a summery of the most important information of your order. Date of order, productinformation, price, bankdetails, person to contact etc.

How can I measure the right size?
If you found a product you like, you can choose the right size directly under the picture of the product, you can select these by clicking on the suiting red button 'in your basket'. You must be carefull by choosing the right size. If you are not too sure about the right size, you can have a look at our size schedule.

Where do I find Specials?
The best thing to do is to sign up for our newsletter. You will receive our Newsletter every two weeks with new specials and bargains.

III Delivery

What does shipping costs?

How long will it take to deliver?
We normaly ship every day - except for weekends or on holidays. A normal delivery will take around 24 to 48 hours within Germany. Deliveries outside Germany will take around 1 too 3 days longer. It also depends on how you will pay. The quickest way will be by paying through Paypal or by Creditcard. If you pay by cash in advance, your product will be send out as soon as we receive your money on our bankaccount. More information you will find here.

Is my product insured?
Yes, your product will be insured through us and through the transport company UPS. Important is that the parcel arrives in good condition (we only use new boxes), if not, please don't refuse acceptance. You are not responsible for any damage done through transport.

Why don't I recieve my product, although i have paid that money today?
In generall by cash in advance, banks will take up 5 working days to transfer the money. First wenn we receive the invoiced amount we will continue shipping your product. We will send you an email when the product is ready being shipped. So keep an eye on your in-box.

What do I do when I've only received parts of my order?
It could happen that a product is not available. In this case you will get informed beforehand. You can decide if you would like to cancel the whole order or wait for the product to be delivered in addition for free.

Can i come and pick up my order personally?
Sorry, not possible.

What happens to my order, wenn I'm not at home on time of delivery?
If you are not at home at time of delivery, they normaly will deliver tha parcel to some of the neighbours and leave you a note where you can pick it up. Or they keep the parcel and will try it a second time. Wenn a third time doesn't work out as well, they will send back the parcel to us.

Is it possible to change my product?
You have the full right of change your order. If the product isn't used or damaged we will refund it's worth.

How do I change my product?
Please send us the product back in the original state and packaging. Aside from that you have to have to fully post-paid it, as we can't accept any unstamped parcels.
